Accommodation

  1. How many rooms does the resort have? What is the sleeping capacity of each room?

    The resort has two air-conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom has 2 queen size beds and can accommodate 2 extra mattresses. Sleeping capacity is 10 pax. The master bedroom has its own toilet and bath. The guest room has 3 double deck beds with sleeping capacity of 12-15 pax.

    There is an air-conditioned conference room which can be converted to a sleeping area . Mattresses with pillows and blankets will be provided to accommodate another 5-8 pax.

  2. Can we just rent a room and enjoy the amenities of the resort?

    You have to rent the place to enjoy the amenities. Renting a room is an option if you would want a place to rest or sleep during your 8-hr or 12-hr stay.

Kitchen and Food Corkage Queries

  1. Are kitchen utensils available?

    Kitchen utensils are not provided. However, you may rent them at P150 for the set which includes: 2 pans, 2 pots, 2 kitchen spoons , 2 chopping boards, 2 knives, can opener, grater, strainer, 3 serving dishes, potholder.

  2. Can we bring in electric appliances like microwave oven, turbo broiler, water dispenser?

    Except for rice cooker and water dispenser, all other electric appliances brought in like microwave oven, oven toaster, turbo broiler, electric griller etc. will be charged Php 200 each for electric consumption.

  3. Can we bring in food and drinks and are we allowed to cook? Do you charge corkage?

    Yes, you may bring in cooked food or have it delivered. Quick cooking or heating is also allowed. We only charge corkage of P50 per head for catered events if the service of non-accredited caterer is used. Alcohol drinks and sodas can be brought in. However, we discourage excessive drinking of alcohol which may result to physical harm to self or others and damage to property.

Bookings

  1. Do you allow early check in?

    If there are no guests booked preceding your slot, we may allow early check in but subject to additional cost of P800 per hour or you may adjust your check out time to fit the number of hours booked.

  2. If I want to extend my stay in the resort, how much will it cost?

    Prompt check-out is strictly imposed to give ample time to clean the resort for the next guests. If there are no guests booked in the next slot, you may be allowed to extend your stay for P 800 per hour during the day and P1000 per hour during the night (6pm onward).

  3. How do I make a reservation? What are the terms of payment and where do I pay?

    To make a reservation, we require 50% CASH payment of the venue fee and the balance of the total contract price to be paid also in CASH upon check in.

    You may pay the reservation fee at the venue/resort or through bank deposit with the following details:

    Please advise through call or text when deposit has been made and wait for confirmation of receipt of payment.

  4. What is your cancellation policy?

    Cancellation of reservation made in less than 15 days from date of booking will result to forfeiture of deposit made.

    Cancellation of reservation made in more than 15 days from date of booking will be refunded 75% of deposit made.

    You may, however, re-book subject to availability of the resort.

  5. What is the contingency fund for?

    The contingency fund of P2,000.00 is a fund deposited upon check in to take care of loss or damage to resort property that may happen during your stay. This amount will be refunded in full upon check out if after the post event inspection the resort is free from damage or there are no items lost. In the event that the damage or loss is more than the P2,000 contingency fund deposit, the guest will be asked to settle the balance before check out.

Event/Stay Conditions

  1. What are the conditions for events held at the resort?

    Events like debuts, weddings, anniversaries, and other milestone events are subject to the following conditions:

    • Ingress by the caterer , event organizer, sound technicians is allowed only after the guests preceding your slot have left which is normally 2 hours before your event.

    • Egress should be done within 1 1/2 hours.

    • Invited guests will only be allowed inside the venue on the official check in time.

    • Decorations/designs to be made or activities to be done in the venue should have prior approval from the resort management. Any decorations/designs or activities that may cause damage to resort property and neighborhood will not be allowed.

    • Installation of mobile lights and sounds , photo booths , video and photography lights will be charged P3,000 for electricity use.

    • Corkage fee of P50 per head will be charged for use of non-accredited caterer.

    • Loud music and event program should be finished by 11:30 pm.

  2. Why is there a restriction in the use of basketball court and videoke?

    In deference to the neighborhood we are in, we limit the noise that our guests will make , ie. the use of the basketball court by 7pm and videoke, loud music/sounds, loud voices by 11:30 pm.

    Videoke singing and playing music may be continued with minimal noise.
